Day to Day Responsibilities:
Act as functional owner and maintain the GMI accounting event logic – work closely with various functional teams (Finance, Front Office, Operations, Risk, and IT) across the global offices (Paris, London, Hong Kong, New York, and Chicago) to assess change requirements and lead the implement of the changes (including UAT) in the GMI accounting event logic as well as relevant downstream process.
Represent Finance department in the global change initiatives related to Prime business lines and act as DFIN central coordinator for the business process and organizational changes
Lead and coordinate across DFIN in the global accounting engineering projects such as accounting norm changes, control process improvements, systems upgrade, etc.
Lead and contribute to Finance projects by working closely with DFIN departments. Provide studies (gap analysis, due diligence, impact analysis) and business requirements; coordinate UAT and lead change management within Finance domain.

DFIN/DTO (Digital & Transformation Office) is dedicated to the Finance Department (DFIN) to help define its vision and support its transformation. DFIN/DTO oversees the Finance project portfolio and leads business transformation projects.
We partner with IT departments in various systems projects by defining business requirements and oversees the implementation to improve operational efficiency and improve control environment.
DTO also leads various business and digital transformation initiatives for DFIN and plays a key role as a control tower supporting the senior management of the Finance department.
