* Risk identification and analysis
* Carrying out inspections in accordance with professional standards
* Making adequate recommendations to improve processes and reduce risks
* Preparation of the final report and presentation of management results
* Responsibility for the coordination and development of other audit colleagues who are part of the mission and cooperation with the audited entity
In addition, you will be involved in the development of audit plans, ongoing monitoring of the implementation of audit recommendations, and are expected to share your expertise within the global community of IS/IT auditors at SG.
- Master degree or equivalent in IT, economics, finance or related field
- Professional experience in the area of the banking industry is advantage
- Understanding of responsibilities and key IT processes and related risks in financial institution is advantage
- Interest in and willingness to learn about banking processes
- Experience in internal auditing for at least 2 years, professional certification (e.g. CIA) is an advantage
- Experience in managing projects/keeping up with deadlines
- Very good command of English and Czech both written and spoken is essential
- Strong analytical skills, systematic approach, critical thinking, thinking outside the box and advanced knowledge of MS Office tools
- Interpersonal skills, strong communication and negotiation skills (also in English)
- Ability to solve issues independently, be effective in organization and prioritization, be reliable, show ownership of assigned tasks and drive them further
- Effort to learn, focus on quality, be innovative, have personal integrity and empathy

Under the responsibility of the Head of Internal Audit KB Group and the Head of IGAD/IRB IS Internal Audit, the Senior IT Auditor is responsible for leading (operational management) and conducting IS/IT audit missions. The main audited areas include: IT governance and strategy, alignment of IT with business objectives, project management, agile deliveries and software development and digital transformation, operational support, information security and business continuity, revision of used technologies, applications and digital processes and last but not least payment solutions and fraud prevention.
