Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

  • Governance of Production of IT, covering both Application and Infrastructure
  • Ensure the IT Production Processes & Policies are adequate to satisfy the need of Global / Asia regulators, while adapted to the Agile@Scale evolution in Asia.
  • Animate Production League setup to continuously promote the adoption and compliance of IT Production Practices & Processes by all GBSU and GTS teams in Asia, in accordance to Agile@Scale 
  • Governance of Production Improvement programs, be pragmatic and adapt local practices to implement improvement initiatives with Application / Infrastructure teams
  • Continuous improvement  Steering & Reporting with innovative ideas, while realizing these improvements via Technical approach (Automation & Tools Enhancement) and/or Process Simplification etc.
  • Continuously assess the Production Maturity of Asia GBSU and GTS teams while make sure the improvement plan is followed up.

Profile required

Profile Requirements:

  • Strong IT Production Background, Applicative or/and Infrastructure
  • Experienced in Steering / Governance of IT Production Processes & Practices, especially in Agile@Scale setup
  • Strong Hands-On Experience (previous) in Application Development and Support is an advantage
  • Strong Stakeholder Management Skill
  • Strong Conflict Management & Influencing Skill

Department Description
GBSU IT provides and maintains IT solutions to support the business growth of GBIS. To strengthen our IT Production Governance, we are opening a permanent position based in Hong Kong under the GBSU organization. The successful candidate will join the transversal IT Risk & Production Management (RPM) department as the Senior IT Service Management Specialist, focusing on the steering of IT Production Processes for GBSU IT & GTS.
