Responsibilities
The role of Senior Level 2 Controller is one with good perspective in terms of finance risk analysis and internal control.
What responsibilities will you have?
- Conducting Level 2 control reviews by ensuring that control framework is well designed and implemented to cover the finance risks of the activity. The reviews will be focused on accounting and regulatory topics, compliance and risk topics
- Reviewing the design, execution and risk coverage of the Level 1 control mechanisms implemented by the reviewed entity
- Assessing the quality of the control mechanism’s execution by analyzing the compliance with the procedures, relevance of sampling, frequency of the execution, accuracy of the results, follow-up of the identified anomalies detected by the Level 1 controller etc.
- Having regular interactions with: the SG production teams from the various Finance departments and from the central division, finance line controllers (levels 1 and 2).
- Documenting the opinion in a final report, presenting and explaining the findings and recommendations to the management of the concerned entity. The recommendations will be formalized and monitored in a specific tool.
Profile required
- Previous experience in financial audit/internal controls, internal audit, banking, regulatory reporting
- Knowledge of English (B2) (French will be a plus);
- Advanced communication and presentation skills
- Results oriented, high flexibility and work autonomy
- Analytical thinking
