• Drive the teams & ensure the teams & resources has been utilized in optimized way
• Responsible for the team's performance management, people development by contributing to the strategies of people, service in Business Unit
• Strong synergy with infrastructure management team by best partnering with stake holders to improvise the relationship between the Business Lines
• Strong synergy with internal partners by best partnering with Development teams, Support teams, testing teams to improvise the relationship between the Business Lines/Business Units
• Managing & controlling the various risks involved on the project/business unit by appropriate strategies, actions.
• Actively participating on technical initiatives such as continuous delivery by partnering with global teams to contribute to the proposals by strategizing automated deployments.
• Responsible to manage the Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Processes and Risks Assessments on periodical basis & Taking the initiatives to improve the processes, re-defining Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Risks Identified & Mitigated by discussing/reviewing with Partners & Management.
• Reporting to Higher Management, Internal Partners on the deliveries with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and appropriate actions/comments.
