Mission

Work Force Administration(WFA) / On-boarding / MyLearning

- Interact with counterpart and facilitate trainings and induction program

- Perform On boarding procedures for new joiners

- Manage the Human Resource(HR) Application tool with the employee database by making the necessary changes as applicable

- Widely work on PeopleSoft tool with updation & Reports

- Adhere to information security guidelines of Societe Generale Global Service Center (SG GSC)

- Maintain utmost confidentiality of the information received

Human Resource(HR) Reporting

- Generating Management Information System(MIS) reports, analyse the report trends

- Analyse and prepare financial and metric reports for management

- Adhere to information security guidelines of Societe Generale Global Service Center (SG GSC)

- Maintain utmost confidentiality of the information received

MyHR

- Provide Policy and Procedural support to staff – both Verbal and Written communication

- Adhere to information security guidelines of Societe Generale Global Service Center (SG GSC)

- Maintain utmost confidentiality of the information received

Financial accounting

- Prepare and post Journal entries related to Human Resource(HR) payments

- Perform reconciliation of monthly payroll and Human Resource(HR) accounts

- Prepare and post entries for accruals and provisions

Payroll

- Process payments and deductions in the monthly payroll

- Perform reconciliation of payments and deductions

- Coordinate with vendors for processing and closing the monthly payrolls

- Perform validation of payroll reports

- Ensure submission of statutory reports to related authorities

- Working knowledge in the various functions mentioned above

- Ability to deal with tools / systems

- Perform first level quality check for all the deliverables and update the necessary tracker to record the quality of client deliverables

- Act as a backup team lead during TLs / AMs absence and provide guidance to team and manage delivery

- Reporting / Management Reporting

- Preparation of standard operating procedures

Profile



HR Analyst and Reporting

Ensures data quality and usefulness of standard and ad-hoc reports in comparison with requests

Schedules, designs and executes standard and Adhoc reports to retrieve data from the HR Repository

Work closely and interact with business HR team conducting analytics and supporting analysis, interpretation of HR workforce planning as well as monitoring on follow up and implementation

Identify significant metrics and/or indicators to monitor organizational health and performance of strategic/workforce plans in alignment with business strategy

Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and effectively prioritize work

Experience of Advance Excel

Excellent oral and written English communication skills
