Responsibilities

The range of work to be orchestrated by PO:

  • Data collection from multiple data sources
  • Mapping between data sources and normalized model
  • Implementation of multiple use cases:
    • Creation of reports, dashboards
    • Implementation of SelfBI data assets
    • Integration of Datascience algo

Your mission:

Prioritization

  • Build priorities and roadmap in coordination with Head of PCM data team.
  • Prioritize according to the business and IT challenges communicated, with regard to the resources allocated to it
  • Manage the IT team's capacity according to the budgets allocated by business challenges
  • Understand the need and explain it to FT through refinement workshop, ensure good understanding
  • Take into account the technical needs communicated by IT, understand their criticalities, challenges, and prioritize them

Project Delivery

  • Take daily operational decisions while ensuring consistency with the business expectations
  • Ensure that the IT specifications are aligned with the objectives of the features (in addition to the IT validation chain)
  • Define detailed acceptance criteria, and ensure that the scope of approval meets the acceptance criteria functionally and technically (e.g. functional rules, performances, robustness, functional and technical specification described)
  • Validate the tests cases described, and the completeness.

Profile required

Your profile:

  • Demonstration of Product Owner skills in Data and Banking domain for 10years or more
  • Knowledge of Payments and Cash Management an advantage
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Demonstrated capabilities to manage multiple feature teams, as the base scenario is that 2 FTs will be managed by PO
  • Have a good understanding of data projects specificities and datalake structure
  • Strong knowledge of SG application scope for Cash Management
  • Demonstrated experience to work with team located in Paris (as PCM Data team is located in SG HK)
