Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

Require 4 to 6 yrs. of relevant experience on production support

Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process Oriented

Very good hands on knowledge on Autosys tool.

Should have strong L1 & L2 support experience and good analytical skills

Good understanding of SQL Queries

Good knowledge with unix commands

Good Understanding of Problem Management, Incident Management

Exposure to release and deployment process.

Good Understanding of ITIL Process

Open to learn new Functional topics

Good understanding of Upstream and Downstream applications

Good verse with Impulse for the Request management

Good understanding of Major incident management

Adhere the SLA Process to respond the End Users as agreed with the Business

Should have good analytical skills and pickup faster

Should have excellent communication, interpersonal skills and be a team player

Should have been engaged on one project for a greater time

Experience working in an onsite-offshore model would be an advantage

Troubleshoot problems with application development and use

Flexible to work on Asia/Europe shifts and on weekends rotational basis.
