  • Coordinates the specific perimeter, plans and manages the balanced allocation of tasks within its team;
  • Defines and monitors the trajectory / volume of work and estimates the need for operational staff versus budget;
  • Develops and communicates working ways to achieve SLAs and meet customer expectations;
  • Operational risk management / permanent supervision (specific GPS controls);
  • Develops and communicates working methods for achieving SLAs and increasing the team's competencies;
  • Develops and maintains a permanent relationship with the teams involved in the process, providing support to the extent that the process allows;
  • Provides support to team members in highly complex situations and acts as an escalation point, ensuring resolution in a timely and appropriate manner;
  • Is responsible for recurring reporting activities according to agreed KPIs as well as ad-hoc reporting.
  • Active involvement in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional tasks;
  • Ensures good collaboration with stakeholders on the client side.

Profile required

  • Previous experience in banking operations, in a Shared Service Center or in BPO back office processes (financial, insurance, technical) (minimum 5 years);
  • Previous experience in managing a team (minimum 3 years);
  • French language - advanced level (B1-B2 at least - writing and reading);
  • Good command of English - advantage;
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook;
  • Excellent communication, decision-making skills and leadership qualities;
  • Organizational and time management skills;
  • Rigorous, honest and responsible;
  • Open attitude to changes;
  • Team spirit and desire to work in a collaborative environment to achieve results
  • The true ability to animate, motivate and convince.
