Description of the Business Line or Department
IT works to ensure that it delivers the services that the business needs to compete and serve Société Générale's clients. The objective is to deliver production services in a well-controlled and cost-effective way, and to deliver competitive application systems that allow GBSU to grow its business in existing and new markets, launch new products and take advantage of new opportunities when they arise.
Facilitating entry to new markets, compliance with regulatory needs, growth in business volumes, and operational efficiency improvements in our overall front to back processing environment.
Summary of the key purposes of the role
To deliver one of our key project deliverables with the creation and development of the GMI automated regression test suite for Listed Derivatives and the Trade Service project.
The next phase of the GMI project requires a deep analytical approach to identify and develop the right solution.
The creativity to imagine better testing solutions with the focus and enthusiasm to push those forward.
Strong Understanding of Test Fundamentals and Processes
Excellent technical testing skills required
Test Automation skills
Good business knowledge (Knowledge in Derivatives, Equities or Financial Investment Banking)
Be able to present requirements and solutions clearly in written and verbal form
The ability to maintain excellent working relationships with our GBSU partners and to manage and drive the project to completion.
