Responsibilities

Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $202,000
Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience.

Within the system administration team, you will onboard the Level 3 windows server support team. Dedicated to a feature team you will be responsible for supporting our Electronic market making activities and delivering their projects. You will be overseeing a scope of about 800 servers. You will be required to deal with configuration management and demonstrate industrialization skills to ensure operational stability of the scope.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work integrated in an agile organized team to deliver support and projects on our Electronic market making servers
  • Follow up on Clients requests and incidents. Work with them as a business partner in total transparency
  • Propose innovative and industrial solutions to automatize your repetitive tasks and improve team’s efficiency
  • Participate in the common automation effort by collaborating actively with the various feature teams
  • Manage the activity based on ITIL Framework (Change management, Incident/Request management)
  • Onboard the teams’ routine and participate in overtime operations. Most of the electronic market making maintenance must be done outside of business hours. 
  • Partner with the Windows Server chapter team to ensure compliance of your servers, as well as making sure the support team can handle them when you are busy or away.
  • Work with the Global electronic market making support team to align to the standards and contribute with your expertise.

  • Work on cutting edge technologies and bring your expertise to improve our environment and performances
  • Scrum Method is at the heart of our team’s organization, get onboarded and learn about it.
  • Get involved with API development for the automation of our IT operations. PowerShell is required, Python is a plus
  • Collaborate in the development of the electronic market making business together with the feature team. Bring your point of view on the features and products.
  • Work on a 3500+ server scope (which includes the 800 mentioned). Work in an international group.

Experience Needed

  • Knowledge on Windows systems performance tuning
  • Knowledge on High performance best practices
  • Management of Windows servers and Microsoft administrative solutions 
  • Strong PowerShell Scripting
