Responsibilities

  • Acts as a Technical leadership interface for Business Groups.
  • Manages service interactions with Application managers and maintains a strong relationship with Customers Aligned IT teams.
  • Delegates and directs Operations teams on Incidents and Requests to ensure Group's objectives are met.
  • Representing the opinions and suggestions of the customers to SYS Group(Linux/Windows).
  • Responsible for driving complex engagements with Business Groups and Business Groups -GTS teams.
  • Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
  • Custodian of Service Catalogue and ensures appropriate changes made based on Automations and technical roadmap.
  • Standardize operating procedures for efficient Delivery.
  • Should provide guidance on good solutioning skills could be in the form of simple automations or complex self-service.
  • Contribute to transformation topics, innovation and deliver continuous improvements


  • Ensure proper operational aspects including monitoring, reporting. Reviewing both tactical and longer-term metrics for the team and handling performance that is outside of the defined thresholds.
  • Ensure that processes are efficient and cost-effective. Aim to find ways to reduce costs without affecting the overall customer experience or removing unnecessary steps in the process.
  • Implement Agile practices to improve time to market and quality of service.
  • DR and BCM plan is in place and active.
  • Develop and mentor team to deliver L3 / RTB activities.
  • Management Reviews and Reporting (Weekly, Monthly).
  • Collaborate with global stake holders and to deliver global priorities from time to time.
  • Contribute to fulfill referential tools inside Chapters
  • Continuous review of the team's structure stability and relevance.
  • Good Decision maker for his perimeter.
