SG GSC will deliver services dedicated to the maintenance of core tools for ASSU international entities. In this context, the SG GSC Manager for ASSU INT will act as a Head of ASSU International Shared Competences Center, for ASSU Entities, his main responsibilities being:

  • To manage and to follow up the allocation of the budget and the people for all international perimeter according to SG GSC standards.
  • To guarantee a continuous and quality service to ASSU International
  • To maintain and enhance the relationship with and between the ASSU the management team of ASSU international Head Office
  • To maintain and enhance the relationship with the ASSU international entities regarding the maintenance of the core tools
  • A proved management experience working on a matrix organization structure

Specifically, you will be required to:


  • :As part of the international development strategy, support the entities, participates in the development of their activities as part of the overall objective of increasing their maturity by industrialising the maintenance of the shared tools
  • Establish a trustfull relationship with its interlocutors on ASSU International teams at both Heads of and Operational level, as well as on Entities side
    • Periodical Reporting to ASSU International Tribe Maintenance & Run feature team Product Owner (roadmap, budget, planning , new entity demand, user group  …)
    • Contribution  to the shared tools user group organised by ASSU Head Office
  • Deliver the shared tools maintenance activities to entities :
  • Ensure the respect of the yearly delivery roadmap by entities and for each applications Billing management of the entity
  • Ensure the alignement of the service delivery according to ASSU Standards/Process
  • The maintenance of the features mapping by application including documentation, and in particular ASSU Core Layer strategy
  • Establish a day to day relationship with the providers  : defines and implements all operational aspects in coordination with ASSU International team whom will be in charge of the contractual and commercial topics
  • Leads and secures all new potential core/transverse activities implementation in ASSU SCC (customer corner, API, new entity…)
  • Coordinates the maintenance demands of entities:
  • New demands analysis : core ?  /not core ? Possible mutualization (key success factor),  Potential impacts on the legacy
  • Requirements challenging , demands consistency , workaround proposition etc…
  • For each improvement ,  Planning definition and follow up + update of application documentation
  • Preparation of materials for potential demand arbitration  to submit to the Product Manager
  • Ensure  quality management and Reporting ei : respect of the KPI and SLA (continues management), continuous improvement

For your organization SG GSC:

  • Periodical Reporting to your SG GSC top management on different KPIs, Dashboard related to roadmap, budget, planning, ressources, operational risk, new strategy
  • Ensure internal policies/procedures are cascaded to teams, for alignment and consistency with SG GSC strategy
  •  Responsible for the SG GSC operational controls for the activities carried out by his teams
  • Actively participates in audit missions and collaborates with his hierarchical management and the risk manager assigned,  for the prevention and remediation of operational risks/incidents from his teams
  • People Management responsabilties:
    • Oversee recruitment, staff scheduling and projects performance, activity analysis
    • Be in charge of team management, evaluation, meetings animations, communication
    • Develop employees career/training planning to be future leaders within the company and in respect with SG GSC guidelines
    • Work closely with your employees and find ways to motivate them to perform at their highest level by serving as a role model.
    • Encourage staff to be innovation, customer focused, willing to take appropriate risk, take initiative and ownership
  • Secure the Billing management process between SG GSC and ASSU entities

  • Heads of operational level of ASSU/INT and ASSU/RES at ASSU Head Office
  • DIRCO members on entities side, in particular CIOs and COOs
  • Internal eco system of SG GSC (HR, Finance, Conformity, Security…)
  • Teams members of the shared competences center

Profile required

  • Long-term higher education (master's degree)
  • 10 years experience in organization / project management / operations
  • Significant experience in financial institutions, insurance, pensions - optional
