This team focuses on  IT project in the finance sector. Develop a range of services Deliver projects
with a computing component on all the pillars of the group in coordination with the business lines and the
other DIS of the group Define and implement the target architecture of the IS by proposing optimizations
and simplifications in a Digital and Agile context in partnership with the teams of central architectures and
the business Ensure the production and evolutionary maintenance of the IS in conjunction with
infrastructure teams and solution providers

Job Overview

As a Technical lead /Scrum master in current role for a legacy to target transformation program. Administered all Agile / Scrum ceremonies.

Job Description

  • Drive initiatives and constantly work towards improvising the HAAS Team objectives
  • Coach team on Agile processes.
  • Collaborate with product owner to define project goal and facilitate backlog grooming.
  • Remove impediments for the development team.
  • Participate in the meetings with other scrum masters of the program to align with the program objective and resolve dependencies.
  • Monitor and track progress, prepare status reports, metrics using JIRA and present it to management
  • Applying analytical skills to business requests (which were often high-level or lacking in detail) and communicated these business wants/needs in a clear and unambiguous manner.  Ensuring that these requests or requirements were consistent and not in contradiction with each other.
  • Experienced in end-to-end personnel administration business processes; extending support in improving the way in which it conducts its functions and activities to reduce overall costs & providing more efficient use of scarce resources.
  • Leading introduction of process orientation, of concentrating on and rethinking end-to-end activities, creating value for customers, while removing unnecessary non-value-added work.
  • Identifying business needs of clients for helping them determine solutions for business problems. Elicit/ analyse/ validate/ document business, organizational and/or operational requirements.
  • Organize requirement gathering sessions & map business processes based on the same.  Accountable for improving the delivery capability of the team and minimize team’s delivery rejection rate.

Primary Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge on Python, Oracle PL/SQL and Unix Shell Scripting

Good to Have:

  • Exposure on Automation Testing Tools, Agile practices, GIT, Jenkins, PostgreSQL, JIRA
