1.Provide technical design/solutions for the business

2.Manage the team and support them for their regular activities

3.Work with BA to understand the business requirements

4.Responsible for all the technical deliveries of the team.

5.Support the team technically, solve technical challenges as well as understand the functional scope.

6. Perform requirement analysis, code review and mentoring

7.Participate and guide software design, effort estimation, review and monitor releases.

8. Responsible to implement the finalized test strategy.

9.Responsible for maintaining all the Quality Assurance (QA) artifacts in Quality Center (QC).

10.Responsible for preparing, executing & maintaining test cases

11.Responsible for creating & maintaining the test beds."

Profile Required

Follow Application, Release Test Strategies.

- Ability to use Quality Center

- Create, Update & Execute test cases

- Configuration management

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

- Hands on SQL, Basic Unix commands

- Execute Automated test cases"

"- Must have Investment Banking background.

- Knowledge of Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office

- Desired Skills --> knowledge of Continuous Delivery, Business Driven Delivery (BDD), Technology Driven Delivery (TDD).
