• Responsible for implementing technical solutions based on the business need.
• Experience in managing small or medium sized teams.
• Works with and under the direction of the Project/Technical Manager/Technical Architects.
• Work closely with the other ITSM solutions in the organization.
• Provides technical and functional leadership to the stakeholders of the project.
• Ensure to build the required functional and technical documentation for the projects in scope.
Primary Skill set
• Overall Experience of 4 to 8 years in MicroFocus Service Manager Products .
• Experience in installation and configuration of MicroFocus Service Manager
• Knowledge of HPOO, UCMDB
• Impact Analysis creation exposure.
• Experience in Unix/Linux/Python scripting
• Troubleshooting skills on MicroFocus products
• MicroFocus Certification on Service Manager is an added advantage.
• Basic Networking concepts, DB Concepts and Server OS concepts.
