Responsibilities

Responsible for all the technical deliveries of the team.

• Support the team technically, solve technical challenges as well as understand the functional scope.

• Perform requirement analysis.

• Participate and guide software design, effort estimation, review and monitor releases.

• Provide training and mentoring to the team."

PeopleSoft Technical knowledge on below tools are mandatory

1.All the PeopleTools including the Integration technologies (IB/Web Services)

2.Fluid development and tiles

3.Pivot Grids

4.Activity Guides

5. Worked in HCM 9.2 is an added advantage

Profile required

Looking to hire a Peoplesoft -HCM, who has worked on below skill sets and should carry 1 to 3 years of relevant experience 



1.  Excellent technical expertise on all the Peopletools technologies including Integration broker and Fluid pages  

2.  Understand the business requirements and able to provide the following: -

 Solutioning (Core HR, Absence Management and Payroll Interface)

 Should be able to configure the Global Absences independently 

3.  Understand the requirement and able to evaluate feasibility of its implementation

4.  Production issue support

5.  Excellent problem-solving skills

6 Bug Fixing and enhancement

7.  Troubleshooting of process failures

8.  Should able to work collaboratively with different teams to achieve the goal 

9. Controlled Environment Migration expertise



10 Should have excellent communication skills
