Specialist Software Engineer

Responsibilities

  • 6+ years of experience in Application Support, supporting applications in Financial Domain
  • Good Inter-personal and communication skills
  • Experience in Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management, ITIL process
  • Should have exposure on Java, SQL,PL/SQL, UNIX operating systems and ITRS GENEOS, SG Monitoring.
  • Monitor process on production runs, communicate information to the business team and raise production support issues to the project team.
  • Should be able to communicate the stakeholders on the proposed solutions
  • Should be ready to work for 14*7 on-call on rotation basis and ready to work on different shifts
  • Should be able to automations and small enhancements for any opportunity of improvement seen
  • Must be a quick learner in terms of process and technologies
  • Should have work on ITRS on configuration, monitoring and effective alerting.
  • Prior knowledge of Prime Market is extra advantage
