Responsibilities

Understanding complex project requirements and acquire knowledge on functionality in short period of time.

Write technical specs and proof-read the technical documentation made by the team members

  • Develop the solutions according to the technical specification by respecting the quality recommendations.
    Assist technical leader for design and estimate of the solution
  • Perform code review, unit test and integration test audit.
  • Implement the technical solution over different environments.
  • Work in Agile development underlying CI&CD principles
  • Connect with business partners on critical incidents, requests and provide technical solutions.
  • Help the PO and the team in decomposing requirements into MVP then into user stories
  • Predict functional dependencies between teams working on the same platform
  • Understand technical constraints and participate to the product design

Profile required

Experience range: 5-8 yr 

Development experience :

Good exposure to  C, C++ and C# skillset

Exposure to Database and SQL

Keen eye on code quality and CD/CI practices

Good experience on code review and supporting closely coupled applications

 

Implementation Strategy and Support

  • Execution as per implementation timelines, scope & costs without any cost, effort or schedule overruns, as per defined and agreed SLAs.
  • Help team members in solving their functional issues.
  • Execute best practices and processes (ITIL) on production support activities

 

Functional Specifications, User Stories, Design and Solutioning (Impact Analysis and Validations)

  • Translate requirements into functional uses cases and specification documents.
  • Envision business flow and translate the same into technical implementation details highlighting the impacted components/features of the application.
  • Participate to functional chapter of his tribe as part of tribe governance
  • Participate in Team Level:
    • Daily stand-up
    • Iteration/Sprint Planning
    • Retrospective
    • Team demo
    • Backlog refinement
