Responsibilities
Define user stories for Non-functional requirements
Provide technical design (HLD and LLD) for requirements
Should be able to work with Architects to get design validated
Should be able to code complex scenarios
Enforce that the deliverables meet the standards
Define clean coding practices
Exploring new technologies: Should be able to evaluate and decide which technology to use
Requirement Analysis: Define user stories for Non-functional requirements
Should be able to work with Architects to validate the design
Compliance/Standards: Should ensure that organization level guidelines are followed for any development
Maintaining code integrity and organization: Should ensure to have re-usable code/API and reliable code
Ability to lead and deliver cross technology solution.
Collaboration and Communication: Should influence PM, Architect, PO/SP and team.
Team Spirit and consulting mindset within and outside perimeter.
Able to bridge with teams inter and intra business line on technical topics.
Profile required
- 4 to 7 years experience in Dot Net technologies.
- Expertise in ASP.Net, C#.
- Expertise in technical problem solving and debugging skills.
- Good fundamentals in Core Programming, Object Oriented design & Design patterns
- Ability to communicate technical details clearly to all kinds of stakeholders.
- Proficient in using JavaScript libraries and Frameworks (Angular, React, Jquery etc).
- Proficient in database technologies both SQL and NoSQL (Oracle, SQL, Mongo ).
- Familiarity with deployment tools like Octopus, Ansible, Powershell.
- Experience in reporting tools such as Crystal Reports is a plus.
