  • Digital transformation : "TMON monitoring be available on all production including API Monitoring(Performance monitoring as well as Business side validation and alerting)
  • Automate all monitoring(Remove all manual production monitoring)
  • The code coverage should be increased with every checkin.
  • Automated regression test suit for application if already not
  • 100% craftsmanship for Application.
  • Implement CDP Tools such as SonarQube and other CI/CD tools to ensure continuous code quality and Continuous Delivery.
  • Implement SGMarkets and Public Cloud on Application."
  • Continuous Followup/Governance to achieve improvement on topics like API quality/CraftmanShip etc, CI/CD completion like 100% SonarQube coverage, and automatic daily Monitoring implementation(both API, Application TDD's/BDD's etc)
  • and present to Team and upload required documents into Jive portal for benefit of Team; more impacting contributions expected on mentioned topics.
  • Presenting/update stuff into Chapter-Backlog and update time-spent-on-topic, demonstrate leadership skills on mentioned topics and continuous updates/actions to achieve Infrastructure optimisation targets on App servers.
  • Production & Risk Management : "application should have a Production SLA validated by the business before going live.
  • No problem rated high risk is open for more than 3 months.
  • For critical and high rated Applications the DR plan should be updated and tested in 6 calendar months

Profile required

Exp range: 5- 8 yrs

Mandatory skills: Java technical expert with J2EE stack and Oracle DB, APIs (REST, SOAP), and Java8, Spring Framework(Core, Boot, Data, Batch, DI),

Micro-Services,Jenkins, Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Java Full stack engineer with Angular, Postgre, Oracle
  • Responsible for understanding the software requirements and developing it into a working source code accordingly.
  • Support the team technically, solve technical challenges as well as understand the functional scope.
  • Get mentored/groomed on the best practices followed in the software industry.
  • Ensure production deliverable within timeline and quality
  • Ensure establishment and deployment of strong technical and CD practices/tools based on industry best practices
  • Should be a self-starter, having passion for technology and must be a quick leaner.
  • 100% of deliverable to be completed throughout the year.
  • Actively involved in Recruitment/Hiring to On board/Mentor right Technical talent as per team needs.
  • Technical Leadership to unblock/guide/mentor on all tech topics of applications in scope
  • Collaboration/Co-operation and Team Leadership for efficient/quality deliveries to end-users.

  • Rigorous implementation of CM/RM policies
  • Ensure no case of Data Leak / Data Breach
  • Remove all vulnerabilities from application
  • Business agility : "People
  • Take ownership for the tasks at hand and take them to closure
  • Mentor new team members.
