Specialist Software Engineer -Oracle HCM Cloud

IT experienced consulting professional who understands understands solutions, industry best practices, well
coordination with the clients, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family.
Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and
tasks that need independent judgment and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Société Générale methodology,
company procedures, and leading practices. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management
of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for
moderately complex projects
Detailed Description
1. In-depth understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud business process and their data flow.
2. Understanding of Oracle HCM cloud hire to retire cycle 
3. 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in HCM Applications with at least 2 to 3 end to end Oracle HCM cloud implementation or transformation experience
4. Good to have knowledge on Oracle HCM Global HR module (Core HR/Workforce Administration) and any functional modules like:
     - Recruitment, mobility and onboarding
     - Talent Management
     - Performance and Goal management

5. Expert knowledge & working experience in HCM Cloud Conversions, integrations, Reporting .
6. Strong working experience in Fusion technologies like Localizations, HDL, HCM Extracts, Payroll Extracts, Fast
Formulas, BI Publisher/OTBI Reports, Approval Workflow, Journeys, API, and Atom Feed
7. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving,
influencing and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous
improvement and knowledge sharing with the team and client management.
8. Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex Technical issues/problems. Interact with client
frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables
9. Good technical leadership capability with strong planning and follow up skills, mentorship, and status updates to
Project leads/managers
10. Working expertise on OIC & PaaS is added advantage

Profile required

5 - 8 years of Oracle HCM Cloud hands-on experience with expertise technical skills along with good understanding of Oracle HCM Global HR module (Core HR/Workforce Administration) OR any module

Oracle HCM Cloud Technical skills

  1. HCM Data Loaders (to integrate data from legacy systems)
  2. HCM Extracts (to extract bulk data from HCM Cloud)
  3. Oracle BI Publisher (for generating reports)
  4. Fast Formulas (to make customizations to the business rules)

Oracle HCM Cloud Functional:

  1. Global HR module (Core HR/Workforce Administration)
  2. Oracle Recruitment
  3. Talent Management
