Looking to hire a Peoplesoft -HCM, who has worked on below skill sets and should carry 4 to 5.5 years of relevant experience. Excellent technical expertise on the latest Peopletools technologies including Fluid pages development.
PeopleSoft techno functional knowledge on the below HCM 9.2 modules are mandatory
1.Core HR and Position management
2. Absence Management or Payroll Interface (one of the 2 modules is mandatory)
3. ESS/MSS functionality
4. HR Administration (added advantage)
PeopleSoft Technical knowledge on below tools are mandatory
1. Very strong experitise in PeopleTools Peoplecode, App Designer, AE, CI and SQLs
2.Fluid development and tiles
4. BI Publisher Reports
5. Application Pakages
5. Activity Guides is addeded advantage
