Responsibilities

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for the Production support for CFT and DDS. The Production Support Analyst is responsible for user account management, user access review, batch monitoring, Autosys and account analyze and resolving issues and providing root cause analysis. Candidate must have good knowledge on SQL, Shell Script and UNIX, which will be required in order to develop queries/reports of varying complexity, to troubleshoot and fix any application issues. Candidate will also be accountable for performing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly operations tasks required for the ongoing functionality and new activity in transit

Profile required

Job Knowledge

• Advanced skill in configuring and supporting applications, 
• Strong knowledge in writing complex SQL queries, 
• Strong debug/troubleshooting skills, 
• Advanced ability to research, analyze and recommend improvements to the organizations 
• Advanced skill in creating and maintaining technical documentation.

Interpersonal Skills

• Effective working relationships with all functional units of the organization, 
• Working ability to effectively recognize and manage interpersonal communication needs, 
• Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple locations when necessary, 
• Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork and facilitation
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
