Specialist Software Engineer - Sailpoint/IIQ/IAM

Responsibilities

Within Société Générale (and Crédit du Nord) IT Retail Banking entity, ensure the management and follow up of Security applications and tools.

The security applications are:
•    Access and Identity management tools
•    SG Corporate directory (LDAP)
•    Authentication and SSO tools
•    Other security tools

Technical skills:
•    Experience in operating applications on Windows, Unix and Linux
•    Good understanding of most popular OS
•    Good application and system troubleshooting skills
•    Knowledge of Windows security
•    Database (and SQL language)
•    Good knowledge on Java, Tomcat/JBOSS/Middleware Technology
•    Good knowledge on LDAP, Active Directory, SSO are a plus
•    Network skills are a plus
•    IAM experience is a plus
•    IDM and OUD skills is a plus
•    Work on Sail point IAM tool is a plus.

The mission consists in:
•    Managing the security applications
•    Providing support and assistance to users
o    Incidents/problems analysis, follow-up and troubleshooting
o    Processing of requests
•    Managing communication and administration follow-up
o    Operating procedures writing and follow-up
o    Reporting and activity indicators updates
o    Information support and update of knowledge management databases
•    Performing the releases in production 
•    Play a part in :
o    Ensuring that the security processes are followed
o    Making suggestions for optimized security  levels
o    Checking security levels
•    Suggest  improvements which might be needed

Behavioural aptitude

Ability to take appropriate actions/decisions in order to avoid high potential impacts on production (very sensitive perimeter)

Ability to forecast risk - Ability to analyze and synthesize
Candidate should be proactive and concerned with practical matters
Intellectual curiosity, willingness to learn new technologies and their functioning are essentials
Good interpersonal skills required

Profile required

Exp Range: 3-6 yrs
Hands-on experience in application support. Working experience on Database -SQL Server , Oracle , Unix
Good understanding of ITIL application support life cycle process
Ability to act independently, take initiative and drive tasks and issues to resolution.
Good communication skills and commitment for continuous improvement.
 
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Core competency)
Good understanding of Software lifecycle
Knowledge of software Design principles"
General understanding of investment banking industry is desired
Willingness to work in Shifts.
