1. Projects
a. Customer Security Program (CSP) - SWIFT cybersecurity program (CSP) concerning the SG Paris SWIFT Hub and containing 31 controls (with 21 mandatory)
• Lead the compliance action plan with all contributors (HSE, Transactis, GTS, GBSU DCS and FTB, Entities) and lead the bi-weekly follow-up committee
• Estimate and plan the next version of the controls framework
• Communicate to and support the Entities and the other SG SWIFT Hubs
• Lead the Independent Assessment with IGAD
• Granting / Requesting
o Apply and continuously improve the Granting process for SOGEFRPP and EMEA desks
o Define the Requesting process for SOGEFRPP
o Manage the SOGEFRPP Granting / Requesting monthly committee
o Encourage Entities to define their own Granting / Requesting processes
• Rights management on KYC-SA
• Submit attestations and request Approvers for approval

b. Biometry – Authentication of SWIFT assets users through a finger vein biometric reader instead of using Unipass (card & PIN code)
• Identify sponsors within all involved entities
• Deploy the biometric devices across all entities
• Support users, manage incidents and devices supply chain
• Manage the future software or hardware changes with BSC

c. Antifraud – SWIFT solution – Study of the SWIFT antifraud solution « Payments Control »
• Build rules based on data provided by SWIFT
• Enter and maintain rules within PCS
• Design and maintain the alert management process
• Manage alerts in collaboration with the entities
• Rights management on PCS

d. Antifraud – SG solution – Building of tool aiming to detect unusual behaviours on flow exchanged through SWIFT in order to struggle against frauds, especially on payments
• RFP with external providers and POC with the internal solution MOSAIC in parallel
• Building of the chosen solution
• Design of all operational processes

e. SWIFT Community – Building and animation of a SWIFT community with the other SG SWIFT Hubs and the client Entities
2. Regulatory audits – Answer to regulatory audit when related to security aspects
a. Auto-certification Target2
b. Certification EBA Clearing
d. Other (RBI, Taiwan, Hong Kong)

3. Miscellaneous
a. Monthly Steering committee
b. Rights management on KYC Registry (on request received by HSE Support)
c. DUAR implementation for new applications
d. Global user maintenance (shared with HSE Support)

Profile required

At least 4 years of experience in Information Security & SWIFT

1. “Knowledge” and “know-how”
• English
• SWIFT Basics with a knowledge of
o Payment messages (MT 103, 202, 202 Cov) and usage
o Swift tools and products (Swift.com, O2M, SAA, SAG)
• IT Security notions (firewall, DMZ, vulnerability, hardening, MFA, …)
• Project management (planning, risks and problems, financials, …)
• Process design and optimisation
• Organize, prepare and lead committee
