Responsibilities

  • Technical Support with 5-6 years experience
  • We are looking for a Technincal Support Specialist to join our accounting team and help us develop and maintain various software products
  •  Good written communication & build rapport with clients.
  •  Service quality at top of mind . 
  • Sense of urgency & commitment is very important 
  •  Co-ordinate among team for skill mutualization and suggest pro-active measures to improve efficiency / process. 
  •  Perform the role with maximum Caution, Responsibility and Confidentiality as demanded by the function. 
  • Exposure to Agile practices.

Profile required

  • Profile Required

    · Required 3 to 4 Years of IT Experience

    · In charge process workflows in the disciplines

    · Compute and analyse KPIs and reports

    · Presentations, Reports & Dashboards - analysis and management reporting, governance meetings with clients
