Responsibilities

  • Manage the ticket flow (ITSM) on Datastage application for Retail Banking of SG

  • Ability to communicate well with the business stakeholders across geographic location

  • Conversant with Support activity on Datastage with strong SQL knowledge

  • Create MIS reports as required

    As individual contributor should have 100% ownership and accountablity on the task

Profile required

  • •              5+ years’ experience on ETL Support & Development in Data warehousing projects preferably in Banking Domain.

    •              Good exposure on ETL tool DataStage & PLSQL.

    •             Should have good Unix commands and scripting knowledge.

    •              Should be able to take up L2 & L3 support activities.

    •              Should have worked in Data warehousing /ETL projects on Data validations.

    •              Should have TIVOLI knowledge for scheduling Unix jobs and fixing the schedule for Prod Failures.

    •              Having Banking Domain on Credit Risk, Accounting and Finance subject areas would be an added advantage.

    •              Proficient in SQL with analytical skills, Identifying data anomalies and providing resolutions.

    •              Should be able to communicate with BA and technical failures and acceptance criteria for business changes for the Prod.

    •              Good analytical/ troubleshooting skills to cater the business requirements.

    •              Effective team player with ability work autonomously and in team with cross-cultural environment.

    •              Effective verbal and written communication to work closely with all the stakeholders.
