  • Require 4 to 6 yrs. of relevant experience on production support
  • Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process Oriented
  • Good hands on Autosys with job scheduling and trouble shooting
  • Expert in release and deployment process
  •  worked on Agile or Continuous Delivery (CD) based projects before
  • Should have strong L1 & L2 support experience and good analytical skills
  • Profile Required

  • Good understanding of SQL Queries
  • Good Understanding of Problem Management, Incident Management
  • Good Understanding of ITIL Process
  • Open to learn new Techno-Functional topics
  • Good understanding of Upstream and Downstream applications
  • Good verse with Impulse for the Request management
  • Good understanding of MIM process
  • Adhere the SLA Process to respond the End Users as agreed with the Business
  • Should have good analytical skills and pickup faster
  • Should have excellent communication, interpersonal skills and be a team player
  • Should have been engaged on one project for a greater time
  • Experience working in an onsite-offshore model would be an advantage
  • Troubleshoot problems with application development and use
