Responsibilities

Mission

As a member of the Guichet Unique team 

• Act as a SPOC for all CFT teams for their technical requests to GTS (flows, authorizations, VDI, etc.),

• Understand requesters’ expectations and priorities,

• Analyze requests on technical and security aspects,

• Provide an end-to-end follow up of the requests including validation tests,

• If needed, propose a support to BSC applications’ teams.

Profile required

Profile

• Require 4+ years relevant experience in a multicultural environment,

• Strong fundamentals in network architecture and ideally in system,

• Experience in users support is a big plus,

• Ability to raise factual alerts & risks when necessary,

• Strong sens of service,

• Excellent oral and writing communication,

• Knowledge in French is a nice to have.
