ROLE DESCRIPTION (SUMMARY):
Role in command center operations, supporting and escalating 24/7 for all infrastructural and application incidents and service requests.
The responsibility to treat all alerts within define SLA and liaise with accountable support teams for remediation. Action all queries with effective tracking with full accountability. Perform all scheduled checks, respond to client queries, and transfer the call to support as per the user requests. The pilot should be proactive to follow up with skill teams/application teams to update the escalation contacts and good communication skills to follow up on recurrent issues. It also requires intermediate understanding of windows and Unix servers as they take care of L2 activities. Basic understanding in Job Schedulers and ticketing tools are mandatory.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Any Technical Graduate
