Specialist System Engineer-Command Centre Operation Production support
Responsibilities
Candidates with excellent communication & analytical skills
Excellent knowledge on IT Infrastructure
Practical knowledge on windows and Unix L1/L2
Strong knowledge in Monitoring infrastructure
Ability to handle Incident Management calls
Good understanding of ITIL concepts in Operations (Incident,Change,Prob)
Experience : Min 4 – 6 yrs relevant experience
Rotational Shift 24 x 7 support
