Job Description :
Solution Project Manager 
•Execution of Project Process - SPM conducts/ pilots the process of installation or major change projects in production on behalf of the CFT/DDS partner, from end to end.
•Provides the Project Costing - Framework the GTS commitments in Costs/deadlines/Risks and ensures that they are respected
•Solicit all the stakeholders - Coordinates with all the Stakeholder and resolves any incident with ISM and centralizes the completion of Project
•Centralizes Project/App Documentation - Manages and centralize the Project/Application documentation
•Participation in GTS bodies and meetings - Participates in meetings with Account Manager/ SPM Community / BSC/GAM Project to discuss about KPI
•Receives Feedback on Process Improvement and Backing up with other SPMs - Works on Process improvement, timelines improvement, Basing up the SPMs in need

Integration Service Manager
•Application perimeter - Takes new applications into account, ensures that their level of exploitability is adequate throughout their life, organizes their decommission if require.
•KAT/PAC framework - Responsible for its data quality of expert Application Tool perimeter/Product Application Components used by Infra processes and their tools.
•COPROD - Facilitator of Production Committees, is responsible for the service levels contracted and for updating the Service Level Agreement  if necessary (indicators, functional constraints, etc.)
•Changes - Provides support to the client, plans operations, works in collaboration with the change management team, monitors and reports.
•Incidents & Issues - Responsible for the action plan for reactivating applications following a P0/P1/P2/P3 incident. Provides applications support for opening and analyzing the solutions
•Capacity Planning - Contributes, collaboratively with the customers, to supply the planning capacity. Provides metrological monitoring of its perimeter (storage, consumption ..)
•Continuous Improvement - When the processes no longer responds to the clients needs, the ISM can submit constraints and work on possible solutions with those concerned at DSI.
•Create the network of experts  for application ecosystem - The facilitator of Network of experts of application ecosystem, ensures that an expert is identified for each technology (network, middleware, storage, etc.), the validity/freshness of attributes (role, expert level, contract end date ...) and promotes exchanges within this network around an action plan for continuous improvement
