Responsibilities

  Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for operations of the processes related to IT hardware asset life cycle management includes data analysis, exception identification, tracking and reporting compliances.
  • Ability to work in a Global environment with key stakeholders spread across Paris, India and Globally. Be able to interact confidently with global stakeholders and Business Unit leaders.
  • Ability to understand business requirement and develop solutions to improve the data quality based on KPIs.
  • Timely Monitoring, tracking and reporting identified KPI's.
  • Support in identifying opportunity for continuous improvements.
  • Support/contribute achieve efficiency by process improvement, innovative ideas, etc.
  • Participate on governance calls and strive to achieves the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement).

Profile required

   
  1. Key Abilities:
  • Self-driven individual that connects quickly with individuals and audiences in order to build rapport.
  • Good hands on experience in advanced excel, reporting tools like power BI, MicroStrategy.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is required, and ambiguity is constant.
  • Good analytical Skills & ability to manage & drive initiatives.
  • Excellent Collaboration & Communication Skills.
  • Basic banking infrastructure knowledge is something good to have.
  • Good understanding and experience in Hardware asset management.
  • French language knowledge is added advantageous.
