Prepare and follow up annual COMPASS exercise: 

Organize workshops as much as needed on the campaign scope

Provide support to stakeholders’ questions
Restitution of the exercise progression providing feedback of alerts and blocking points to the Control Tower in a timely manner
Participation on the production of presentation (weekly follow up, awareness session, ad hoc presentation, etc.)

Preparation phase:
Analysis and preparation of DATA
Actors identification
Determination of eligible risks
Presentation of the method to leadershup - Awareness sessions to all stakeholders

Execution phase:
Building and collection of DATA (prepare the files and calculate the data - ensuring business validation. Follow up input from other data contributor and consolidate the data.
Follow up the progression of questionnaires filling 
Follow up Quality Assurance phases
Synthesis and action plans

Continuous improvement:
Realize business requirements to industrialize data production
Participate in the drafting and/or updating of the operating procedures on the data production

Profile required

More than 5 years of experience

Good communication skills

Project coordination - comfortable juggling between business and IT vocabulary

Excel (advanced)

Methodology, rigor and organization – capacity to develop knowledge

Knowledge of GTPS businesses (trade finance, cash management, cash clearing, factoring) and IT

Knowledge of Compliance (S&E, AML, non-compliance risks)

Analysis capacity

French language (written and oral) – added advantage
