Responsibilities

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

 Credit file:

·         Prioritization of the annual review and follow up,

·         Collect the credit limits and exposure for each insurer by liaising with all the business lines of the group (MARK, GTPS, GLBA, Ayvens, SGF…),

·         Update the global spreadsheet to maintain a consolidated view of total exposure,

·         Collect the financials of all the entities of the clients’ group,

·         Collect the Net Asset value of the funds and kick off the reporting to start the annual review of the asset managers,

·         Maintain the portfolio and coordinate the renewal with the credit analysts,

·         Send the notification to the business lines and ensure limits have been approved and updated accordingly,

·         High coordination with the credit analystsDealflow:

·         Route the request received from the business line to the right credit team or credit analysts,

·         Update the dealflow reporting,

·         Input the requests in the right credit tool,

·         Follow up on the credit files progress through the approval chain in the optimal manner,

·         Ensure correct sign off for each credit request through checking relevant delegation authorities.

Transversal task:

·         Perform permanent supervision controls and declare in the appropriate tool,

·         Participate in various CPM projects.

COMPETENCIES

 ·         Excellent organization skills,

·         Willingness to take over responsibility,

·         Ability to organize time, meet deadlines and work independently as well as contribute to team goal,

·         Ability to identify and accommodate shifting priorities with little notice.

·         Strong communication skills and ability to interact with banking professionals at all levels.

·         Quick learner with ability to multi-task while paying attention to details.

·         Ability to work and cooperate in a team in an international environment, interfacing with team members, front office bankers and salespersons, risk team, and clients.

·         Ability to investigate/research/synthesize data and make appropriate conclusions as to what is causing the observed result(s).

 

 TECHNICAL SKILLS

·         Good knowledge of lending terminology, commercial & investment banking products, derivatives knowledge, legal documentation and good knowledge of finance and accounting fundamentals.

·         Proficiency using MS Office for data and reporting requirements.

·         Strong Skills in Advance excel and word, such as pivot tables, macros; more generally proficiency to explore large databases and to quickly ramp up on new IT ecosystems.

·         Proficiency in VBA, Power BI is an advantage

·         Experience in Credit Administration / Middle Office functions is an advantage.

·         Knowledge of third-party information sources like Bloomberg, S&P, SNL etc.

·         Ability to learn and utilize SG systems.

 

PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE

·         Relevant experience in large international bank or similar financial services organization

o    Sr. Analyst – Credit Admin (5+ years of relevant experience)

·         Knowledge and previous experience on Funds, credit risk area or coordination functions
