Responsibilities

Process involves support provided to a spectrum of Human Resource (HR) functions which are largely transactional in nature. Engage in processing and reviewing of transaction as per the key standard operating procedures and guidelines. Support the manager in the management of workflow and reporting.

'- Recruitment and Onboarding & Specialised in Japanese Language (Mandatory)

Providing "end to end support" to the onshore partners (Recruiters & HR Generalist). The job requires excellent communication skills and this position is not responsible for supervising any staff positions.

Job Postings, Resume Screening, Scheduling, Contract Generation, Commencement Administration and Documentation & Background Check:-
- The incumbent will support ASIAPAC recruiters to post the jobs in Taleo tool for both Internal & external posting.
- The incumbent should be proficient in compentancy based resume screening & interview.
- Scheduling the F2F, Telephonic, Skype & VC interview with the external/internal candidates, hiring managers & recruiters.
- Generate the contract letters as per the employee classification for ASIAPAC region.
- Sending out the Welcome emails, My Learning and Induction Report.
- Coordinating with the external candidate for the personal file documentation & parallelly initiation the background check in vendor portal.
- Shawdowing the Job requirement across region.
- Widely work on PeopleSoft & Taleo tool with update & reports.
- Adhere to information security guidelines of Societe Generale Global Service Center (SG GSC).
- Maintain utmost confidentiality of the information received & confidentiality of Human Resource (HR) Reporting.
- Generating Management Information System (MIS) reports, analyse the report trends.
- Rather focusing on the Turn-around-Time (TAT) should be flexiable on "Real Time / Ownership" module.

Human Resources (HR) Executive Requirements and Qualifications

Profile required

Educational Requirement: Graduate or Postgraduate Degree

Experience Ranage: 5 to 7 yrs

Functional:

- Knowledge of process/functions within the Human Resource (HR) back office domain such as ASIAPAC Recruitment & Onboarding
- Good client management skills- Flexible to work across shifts and time zones
- Good communication skills- Experience in training, mentoring and coaching team members on process
- Ability to drive results and function independently as an Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Display solidarity with team members and partners
- Ability to grasp and understand the process quickly and support the team members

Technial:

- Good knowledge of MS Office Tools
- Good Knowledge Process mapping & Process documentation
- Excellent Knowledge of MIS and reporting to work on daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Experience of working on HRIS systems (PeopleSoft & Taleo)
