Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities and missions will be the execution of structured finance transactions booked within the SG group. Missions will include: 
- Draft credit applications and facilitate the approval process in cooperation with internal SG group stakeholders involved in the file
- Review and negotiate legal documentation with the assistance of the Legal Department
- Closing process in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Follow-up the development of transactions including updates on the credit files
- Monitor the fulfillment of conditions in coordination with internal services
- In the event of contractual modifications, support structural modifications and contract negotiations in liaison with key external and internal stakeholders in order to maintain the quality of the transaction

This VIE in Singapore is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 24 months.

You are graduated with a Master degree from Engineering or Business School University with a specialization in finance
Ideally you have past experience in Asset Finance
You are fluent in English 
You are proficient in Microsoft Office application (Excel, powerpoint)
