Supervisor Telecom Procurement

Responsibilities

As a Supervisor Telecom Procurement, you will be assigned on a French network telecom project and you will act as the first level of escalation for the team and the first point of contact for the clients.

Your Role in a Nutshell:

  • Coordinate and allocate production tasks, assure the operational supervision of the tasks;
  • Active involvement in the ongoing and new projects conducted on the process;
  • Hold daily/weekly meetings with the team;
  • Ensure clients & partners (including auditors) requests are addressed;
  • Ensure enhanced framework for KPI, Risk, Client relationship and Client Invoicing;
  • Plans and prioritizes the tasks within the team for meeting deadlines and deliver quality results;
  • Participate to solve the team’s issues and raise alerts to the Management if the case;
  • Proposes continuous improvement initiatives for the run operational processes;
  • Follows-up individual performance of each team member and as well the performance of the team;
  • Provide constructive feedback to each team member through evaluation meeting, 1to1 recurrent and ad-hoc meetings;
  • Be a transformation agent by helping the team to improve processes and sharing best practices with collaterals;
  • Participate to transversal initiatives, create a relaxed and friendly working environment, provides guidance and leadership to the coordinated team.

Profile Required

A little about You:

  • Basic understanding of network Telecom technologies (services) (WAN, LAN, ADSL, MPLS, ISDN, BTIP, Man Ethernet);
  • Previous experience in coordinating a team;
  • Fluent in French (mandatory), English is a plus.
  • Good time management and organization of daily activity;
  • Very strong people orientation;
