Support Engineer

  • To work closely with the business to estimate, prioritise and schedule work across clients
  • To provide advice to the business on the implementation of client specific functionality
  • To manage the day to day workload of client onboardings and to keep the business informed of progress
  • Strong communication required with the business both verbal & written
  • To ensure all documentation is updated as necessary, especially when a new product or workflow is brought on.


Profile required

·        2+ years of experience supporting electronic trading systems primarily in the listed derivative space

·        2+ years of experience with onboarding for listed derivatives and/or equities

·        2+ years of experience with ISV E-Trading platforms or Exchange PTRCs on derivatives and/or equities.

.        2+ years of experience working with the FIX protocol, both onboarding and support, would be beneficial

.        Practical knowledge of Sponsored DMA trading and configurations would be beneficial

·        Solid knowledge and experience using PC software including MS Office suite.

·        Ability to learn new technologies and to multitask in high pressure situations.

·        Ability to communicate clearly on a written and verbal basis.

·        The ability to work effectively in a team environment, including working remotely

·        Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

·        French language a plus.
