Support Engineer - SAS

Responsibilities

Spark (Batch processing)

Programing Back ground (preferred Scala and java)

2 to 3 years experience on SAS tools hands-on

  • Experience in SAS BASE , SAS Advanced/MACROS and SAS/SQL

  • Experience in SAS Tools like SAS EG, SAS Management Console.

  • Experience in Habilitation of SAS users , Management of Application Servers, Data libraries, SAS security and permission.

  • Should understand SAS Architecture and different SAS Components like SAS/ACCESS, SAS WEB and Application Servers

  • Could manage and write SAS Stored Process and Deployed.

  • Should have an experience in scripting language UNIX .

  • Good to have knowledge on Agile methodology, JIRA.

  • Profile Required

    Hive and Hue

    Hadoop Ecosystem (HDFS,  Oozie, Elastic Search and Kafka)

    Microservices

    Webservices  (Restful )

    Experience in development and design of big data applications with clean code and TDD kind of environment.

    Comfortable with build tools like Maven

    Comfortable with version management tools like Git

    Experience working with Scrum teams (Sprint or XP )
