Responsibilities

The Business Solution Center (RESG/BSC), a shared services center, is designed to provide Société Générale Group's entities and divisions (Finance, Risk, Human Resources, etc.) with global IT solutions.


The purpose of the sourcing and resource management activities of RESG/BSC (Information Systems Department of the Functional Departments) is to provide and coordinate the implementation of material, technical, administrative and human resources to the entire RESG/BSC department.


Within the "Technologies, Agility and Delivery" perimeter of the Business Solution Center, the employee will act as a Fullstack Machine/Deep Learning Developer within INNOV8, the innovation laboratory.


We are looking for a Innovation Fullstack Designer, within the "Technologies, Agility and Delivery" perimeter of the Business Solution Center, the employee will act as a Fullstack Machine/Deep Learning Developer within INNOV8, the innovation laboratory.


The main challenges of INNOV8 are:

- Carry out a technological watch on innovative subjects (artificial intelligence, robotics, etc.),

- Develop new products and new functionalities (prototypes, PoCs & MVP),

- Ensure the proper functioning of applications in production (you build it, you run it!),

- Ensure knowledge transfer when subjects leave the laboratory.


The scope of intervention covers all the Group's central divisions and banking businesses in France and abroad.


In this context, the missions will be as follows:

- Framing of needs,

- Integration of solutions into the information system, delivery and smooth running in production,

- Development of new functionalities,

- Agile life meetings and communities of practice,

- Interventions with dev/ops and architects for continuous process improvement.


Profile Required

Technical / Business Expertize Combines expert business acumen with intimate knowledge of current and future business strategies in carrying out responsibilities. Has expert knowledge of the regulatory environment and processes and significant knowledge of current and future business strategies. Understanding of the strategic and operational issues of the project or business unit. Ability to train, mentor, and develop project managers in project management methodologies and their application. Liaison and consultative skills; negotiating skills within a context of high political sensitivity and confl icting interests. Presentation and written communication skills, including proposal writing. Ability to advise on complex matters to non-specialists and demonstrated ability in managing internal and external client expectations on program requirements and deliverables. Highly developed business acumen and skilled at requirements analysis and management. Quality & Risk Management Uses extensive knowledge of formal and informal networking and decision-making structures to gain support for project objectives. Effectively manages sponsor and stakeholder relations to ensure commitment and involvement with project. Maintains an extensive network of senior individuals , regulatory agencies and the project management community. Looks for new ideas and innovative approaches that can be implemented to improve results. Process implementation and standardization with respective supporting tools – Agile and CD Ensure the plan that increases the probability and possibly impact of opportunities identified within the tolerance range, and reduces the impact of any threat, Execution of plans Takes complete ownership of Audit activities in driving the implementation of Audit recommendations Leadership Communicates internal and external factors that may influence the need for change. Coordinate with stakehoders to align with GSC and GROUP objective Oversee effective project oversight and reviews to effect program success. Resolve political, resource, budgeting, change, and legal issues affecting the program. Oversee, development of proposals and requests for proposals associated with the program; vendor relations and procurement related to the program; and execution & delivery of projects related to successful program execution.
