Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end Talent acquisition process supporting local and regional hiring managers
  • Proactively identify, acquire, assess and attract Talent to fill open positions
  • Build strong relationships with hiring team, management and department heads
  • Develop innovative sourcing methods and programs and optimize the existing ones
  • Build solid and diverse Talent pipelines, and regularly measure KPIs to track progress and take fast decisions
  • Provide exceptional customer experience to all stakeholders in the process demonstrating speed, rigor and quality
  • Champion diversity through ensuring diverse shortlists to hiring managers
  • Proactively manage employer branding activities to attract Talent through social media and other recruitment channels
  • Drive university relations such as career events, local partnership and engagements
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support assessment of candidates based on Societe Generale Leadership Model, and establish key competency interview agenda for external Talent
  • Perform permanent supervision controls in your area of responsibility
  • Actively participate in local and regional projects

Profile required

Studies & experience:

  • University degree, preferably in socio-human sciences
  • Solid Talent acquisition experience from a fast-paced environment with knowledge of different sourcing areas (LinkedIn, local boards, social media, internal mobility programs, referrals)

Language skills:

  • Fluency in Polish and English (min. C1), both written and spoken to be able to independently interact with different stakeholders

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

  • Proven track record of collaboration with different sources, HR teams, hiring managers
  • Exceptional communication, interviewing, negotiation and problem solving skills 
  • Project management skills and consultative, solutions-oriented style
  • Ability to see a big picture of Talent attraction and commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
  • Team player with humor, drive, focus on deliverables, enthusiasm to foster positive working environment
