Training Admin and Support        

  • Work with MyLearning team to create the training event and session in Mylearning system according to the training calendar
  • Monitor the enrollment report and communicate with vendor to do the training preparation
  • Prepare before the training, onsite support on the training date and manage post training follow-up such as training record and  evaluation
  • Coordinate Welcome session to new joiner        
  • Support local and regional people development programs   
  • Support ad-hoc task        
  • Full-time Recruitment        

Profile required

Degree & Major

  • Not specific request, but prefer HR and Management

Working Experience

  • Relavant intern experience in Training & Development is preferred 

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and  communication skill, responsible, careful and principle-orientated, high-efficient and result-orientated

Language Skills

  • Fluent written and spoken Mandarin and English

Computer Skill

  • Skilled in MS office, especially in Excel
