Responsibilities

Talent Management team is a COE that works on creating frameworks mainly for

1. Upskilling for behavioural / managerial competenices

2. Leadership Development

3. Workforce Management

The details of the main areas are:

1. Workforce retention to create a work environment that supports the current staff in a manner that they remain with the organization

for longer duration

2. Succession planning to ensure a continuous supply of highly qualified professionals

3. Leadership development to expand the skills and abilities of the individuals performing leadership roles within the organization

4. Strategic workforce planning to align the needs of the organization with the needs of the workforce

5. Conduct skills gap analyses to determine personnel needs and enable the skilling, re-skilling and upskilling of employees along with the Learning & Development team

6. Strategic mobility to ensure the right candidate is holding cirtical roles


Profile Required

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: MBA in HR from premier Business school

Relevant Work Exp : 3 to 5 years

LEADERSHIP SKILLS: • Client • Team Spirit • Commitment • Responsibility • Innovation

KEY SKILLS: Result Orientation,Interpersonal skills,Learning agility,strategic focus
