Ihre Aufgaben

 What you can expect

As team assistant you will take ownership of the below tasks:

  • Office organization

  • Acceptance and forwarding of phone calls

  • Management of diaries and client contacts

  • Coordination / organization of meetings and conference calls (internal and external)

  • Preparation of correspondence and presentations in German and English

  • Internet research

  • Organization and booking of business trips and monitoring of travel cost reimbursements

  • Back-up for other assistants in the department

Ihr Profil

Experience and Technical Skills:

  • Commercial training or background and/or university degree 

  • One to two years of relevant work experience in a dynamic environment, preferably in a bank

  • Understanding and openness for economics and for financial topics

  • Fluent in German, very good spoken and written English language skills  

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Personal Abilities and Competencies:

  • Independent, fast and very reliable working style

  • Resilience and and flexibility

  • Ability to coordinate and organization talent 

  • Teamplayer

  • Very good communication skills
