Technical Business Analyst with French

Responsibilities

Specifically, you will be required to:

  • As a Technical Business Analyst, you will ensure the link between the company's IT technology and its business and operational objectives.
  • You will help the business to implement technical solutions by determining the requirements of a project/program and communicating them clearly to stakeholders and partners.
  • Research, analyze and evaluate requirements for enhancing the existing or for developing new IT applications and operating systems, design, develop, test and maintain software solutions to meet these requirements
  • Define and document the functions and business processes of the client
  • Analyze the feasibility and elaborate the requirements for new systems or evolutions of the existing systems
  • Define training material and organize training sessions if needed for the tools in the team’s perimeter
  • Recommend solutions for implementation, in collaboration with other internal actors
  • Coordinate and contribute to UAT tests
  • Manage complex tool issues, identifies possible improvements in the tools, processes or procedures and participates in their implementation, most of the times working with different teams from HR or IT departments.
  • Understand the technical stakes, challenge them and coordinate the different experts (Infra, Security, Business line, architect and external provider)

Profile required

  • Professional experience
    • At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst on medium - large scope projects
    • At least 3 years of experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Access)
    • Knowledge of SQL: ability to write and interpret SQL queries (nice to have)
      • Ideally, at least 2 years working experience with HR tools (ex: Peoplesoft HCM, Charisma, Neocase etc).
      • Ideally, previous knowledge on architecture and data flows
      • Ideally, knowledge of IT processes and associated workflows at every deployment phase (whitelisting, authentication methods, API flow, SEG/SET)
      • Agile methodology knowledge and experience / use of Jira (it’s a plus).
    • Studies
      • University studies completed (Bachelor and/or master’s degree), preferable in IT or Economics
    • Foreign languages:
      • B2 in English, B2 in French
    • Skills
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing abilities
      • Understanding of software development lifecycle
      • Autonomy, self-learner, ability to perform in a fast paced, multi-cultural team
      • Proactive and reactive attitude, team spirit, client oriented
      • Analytical thinking, attention to details and appetence for data
      • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to gather information from multiple sources
      • Ability to analyze, evaluate and integrate business processes and procedures
      • Knowledge on architecture and data flows
      • Ability to perform a cost/benefit analysis
