Develop business requirements and project roadmaps for high performance and critical project priorities. Evaluate cross-functional business processes and models for optimal delivery solutions. Facilitate and lead data quality measures, evaluate test management strategy and impact of updated service and operational level agreements. Own functional architecture of the product and analyze the impact on domain cartography. Prioritize business needs, upstream and downstream systems to create synergy, and synchronize deliveries by partnering with PO. Facilitate solution designs and changes by conducting program-level complex business and systems/process analysis.

Profile required

Certification of Business Analyst level 1 and 2 is preferred. Expertise in emerging financial technical trends and technologies. Proven ability of agile best practices and expertise of working with agile development methodologies. Advanced communication and time management skills. Ability to coach to build an effective cross-functional feature team.
