Technical Lead - Infra Services

Responsibilities

The candidate should be able to manage Incident & problem management related to System & Infrastructure

  • The candidate should be able to define a roadmap on Infrastructure Legacy management and able to animate it. Candidate should have already performed role of System & Infrastructure Ops or Project manager on System & Infrastructure  change management. Preferable, if he/she has Technical/DEV background
  • Should have excellent skills & method to handle incident & problem management on  knowledge in System & Infrastructure
  • Should be able to coordinate People reporting and not reporting to him/her.
  • Should have good expertise on these area : Infrastructure Support, DB Support, Operating System Support, Network SupportShould have strong L2/L3 support experience and good analytical skills. 
  • Ready to work either in Asia Pacific or Europe time zones, and be on-duty on the D day of change

Profile required

  • Primary Skills: Good background & knowledge on Infrastructure & “SG provided Services” stack : Oracle DB, PostGreSQL, Solaris OS, RedHat/CentOS OS, Tibco BSW, Filesystem technology (NFS,…), Infrastructure As A Service, API,…
  •  
  • Good to Have: Support provided “spirit”, DevOps experience & mindset, Project management & transversal coordination, knowledge on Jenkins, Git, XL Deploy
  •  
  • Overall Experience: 5+ years (Infrastructure Support, Operating System Support, Transversal coordination on infrastructure, Project management)
  • Should be aware of DevOps tools and adapt to the model. 
  • Knowledge either on groovy, Java, shell, PL/SQL.
  • Identify improvement axis and lead the enhancement transversally.
  • Propose transformation of existing Services, Infrastructure, Systems to improve efficiency in term of non-functional requirements as performance or cost
