Delivery & Operations

 Reporting, co-ordination with in the team members

 Have very good knowledge of Firewalls (Checkpoint / Fortigate)

 Good communication and presenting skills

 Good in reporting of the KPIs, preparing dashboards etc.

 High level knowledge of the firewalls is mandator

 Knowledge of Routing and Switching is mandator

 Must know to code on a Fortiget / Checkpoint FW

Profile required

 Strong academic background with technology skills.

 Good Network and Security knowledge (Routing & Switching, Firewalls)

   12/14 years of experience and at least 4/5 years of relevant experience

 Knowledge of ITIL concepts.

 Knowledge of Project Management concepts: governance, reporting, alerting.

 Profile would typically be a Network/Security engineer having moved to Service Delivery

 Strong stakeholder engagement / Client Relationship Management

 Very good attitude, good listener and adapter

 Need to be a team player as the role demands lots of co-ordination
